Collection: Toru Tamura

Toru Tamura is a Japanese blacksmith based in Tosa, Kochi, Japan, who began his apprenticeship under Hiroshi Kato at Takefu Knife Village in 2010. He works with steels including shirogami, aogami, and ginsan. Tamura-san forges handcrafted Japanese kitchen knives for other brands including Hatsukokoro. He also runs his own brand, Tetsujin Hamono, where Naohito Myojin handles the sharpening and finishing.
