The Tetsujin Ukiba Ginsan Gyuto 240mm is a handcrafted Japanese chef's knife forged in Tosa by blacksmith Toru Tamura and sharpened by Naohito Myojin. It uses Ginsan stainless steel for carbon-like sharpness and ease of maintenance.
