Price Match Guarantee

At Zahocho Knives Tokyo, we aim to offer authentic Japanese knives at fair, competitive prices. If you find the same item for less from another authorized online retailer, our Price Match Guarantee means we'll match and beat it.

How It Works:

1. Find a lower price on an identical item from an authorized online retailer. Compare the total at checkout, including shipping.
2. Contact us at info@zahocho.com with the product details and a link to the product page.
3. We'll verify the offer and, if it meets our criteria, beat the price by 5%.

Eligibility:

• Applies to identical products (same brand, model, and size)
• Must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the other retailer
• Limited to authorized online retailers (excludes auction sites and marketplaces)
• Prices are compared at the final checkout total, including shipping. Most of our products include free shipping.
• For US orders, the other retailer's total must also include any duties and import fees charged at their checkout.
• Requests are accepted before purchase, at the time of purchase, or within 5 days after buying from us

Important Notes:

• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
• Does not apply to clearance items, special promotions, or limited-time offers, whether ours or the other retailer's
• We reserve the right to verify all details and may decline requests at our discretion

Not sure if your item qualifies? Send us a message and we'll take a look.
