Collection: Deba

Deba is used to fillet fish. The big bevel of the deba helps in ensuring a clean cut; it allows you to 'ride' against the fish bones. Its tough heel section can be used to cut or chop through bones (e.g. fish's vertebra). ​There's also a double-bevel deba called "Ryodeba".
