Designed for fish butchery, this nimai-constructed knife features a Takefu V2 carbon steel core (equivalent to Shirogami #2) with a tsuchime kurouchi finish. The right-handed blade comes with a D-shaped ho wood handle and buffalo horn ferrule, built for professional fish preparation tasks.
