Featuring a core of Ginsan (Silver #3), a stainless steel renowned for its carbon-steel-like properties, this knife achieves a razor-sharp edge while remaining easy to sharpen. The octagonal teak handle, complemented by a buffalo horn ferrule, provides a comfortable and secure grip. A distinctive feature of this knife is the mirror finish on the hira, enhancing both its aesthetic and craftsmanship. This knife has been expertly sharpened by Morihiro Hamono.
