Collection: Deba

Deba is used to fillet fish. The large bevel of the Deba ensures a clean cut, allowing you to "ride" against the fish bones. Its tough heel section can be used to cut or chop through bones, such as a fish’s vertebra.

There is also a double-bevel Deba known as "Ryodeba."
