Ittosai Kotetsu

Ittosai Kotetsu is the flagship brand from Takahashikusu, a fourth-generation family business in Sakai since 1917. Named after Edo-period swordsmith Nagasone Kotetsu and Ittō-ryū swordsmanship founder Itō Ittōsai, these knives are made using Sakai's traditional division of labor--Takahashikusu works with renowned blacksmiths, master sharpeners, and handle artisans to create each piece.
