Ittosai Kotetsu

Ittosai Kotetsu is one of the brands by Takahashikusu Co., Ltd. The Sakai-based company was established in 1917 and has been providing quality knives made by some of the best in Sakai as well as from other areas like Seki, Echizen, Sanjo and, Tosa.

The current lineup (aogami #1, aogami #2 shirogami #1, shirogami #2, ginsan) we have are mainly from Sakai except for the AS western series which is from Kochi City in Tosa.
