Ittosai Kotetsu is one of the brands by Takahashikusu Co., Ltd. The Sakai-based company was established in 1917 and has been providing quality knives made by some of the best in Sakai as well as from other areas like Seki, Echizen, Sanjo and, Tosa.
This series is from a well-known Japanese knife brand in Tosa, Kochi. They maintain the original clad forging technique developed during the 800-year history of Tosa cutlery while also aspiring to make future advances.
