Hand-forged in Echizen, Japan by Yoshimi Kato, this 170mm bunka has a VG10 core clad in damascus. This Japanese multipurpose knife is compact and light in hand. The handle is oval rosewood. VG10 is stainless, so it is easy to maintain. It also sharpens easily and holds an edge well. The pointed tip is useful for fine detail work. A good fit for home kitchens and tighter prep spaces.
