Hand-forged in Echizen, Japan by Yoshimi Kato, this 150mm petty has an SG2 core clad in damascus. It is a light Japanese knife for small tasks like peeling and trimming. SG2 is stainless, so it is easy to maintain. It also holds an edge well. The handle is octagonal rosewood. A good fit for in-hand work and tight prep spaces.
