Handcrafted in Tosa, Japan for the Akifusa brand, this 165mm nakiri has an Aogami Super core clad in stainless steel. This Japanese vegetable knife has a thin geometry and flat profile suited to push cuts and chopping through vegetables cleanly. Stainless cladding limits reactivity to the exposed core steel, making maintenance easier. The migaki finish gives the blade a clean, minimalist appearance.
