Forged by Satoshi Nakagawa, this 180mm Nakiri knife features an Aogami #2 core steel with iron cladding. The blade showcases a bokashi finish, where stone powders subtly darken the jigane, creating a pleasing contrast. Complementing the blade is an octagonal magnolia handle with a blonde horn ferrule. This knife comes complete with a custom magnolia saya.
