Key features: A. Wood-like natural texture - It has the right level of hardness. It offers excellent cutting feedback similar to that of traditional cutting board. B. Excellent durability - Sharp knives tend to dig in to certain boards but that is not the case for this series despite being slightly less hard compared to the Asahi Professional series. It's long-lasting and will not warp. C. Bacteria/ mold resistant - It has low water absorption which is almost 0%. This prevents bacteria and mold from growing. D. Easy to use - No need to worry about stains; easy to wash.
