GCash & BPI Payment Guide

We accept secure payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

This email ordering method is an alternative to our standard website checkout, specifically for Philippine customers who prefer to pay using GCash or BPI.

How It Works

  1. Email us at info@zahocho.com with:
    • Full name
    • Complete shipping address with zip code
    • Contact number
    • Product name(s) and quantity
    • Preferred payment method (GCash or BPI)
  2. What happens next:
    • We'll respond within 24 hours with an order summary and payment instructions
    • We'll provide QR codes for GCash or BPI for easy payment
    • Once payment is received, we will inform you about it and the shipping date
    • You'll receive your EMS tracking number by email. See a sample tracking view.

Shipping Information

We ship via JapanPost EMS, with PHLPost handling local delivery in the Philippines. Free shipping is automatically applied for orders over ₱5,000, just like with our standard checkout process.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Manila: 3-5 days
  • Rest of Luzon: 5-7 days
  • Visayas/Mindanao: 10-15 days

Important notes:

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs processing, and local post office conditions
  • The PHLPost delivery person will text you when your package is out for delivery
  • Door-to-door delivery is standard

Fees

  • A ₱112 PTCC (Presentation to Customs Charge) fee is payable to the delivery person upon receipt
  • This is the only additional fee - no other taxes or duties apply
  • This fee is not included in your order total

Tracking

Once shipped, we'll email you a tracking link to monitor your package's journey.

Our standard return policy applies to all orders, including those placed via email.
