Featuring a Shirogami #1 (White #1) steel core, this knife is known for its sharpness and ease of sharpening. The blade showcases a damascus finish and is sharpened by Masaya Shimizu of Yamawaki Hamono. Designed with a full convex grind, it maintains a thin edge for cutting performance.

As a gyuto, this knife serves as a versatile, all-purpose chef’s knife suitable for a range of kitchen tasks, including slicing, chopping, and mincing various ingredients.
