The Yoshikazu Tanaka shirogami #1 k-tip gyuto 225mm is a handcrafted Japanese chef's knife forged in Sakai by blacksmith Yoshikazu Tanaka. It uses Shirogami #1 carbon steel with iron cladding and features full convex geometry and a robust grind—thin enough without being delicate. A solid midweight option for everyday kitchen use from one of Sakai's best.
