A tall gyuto from our custom order series with Satoshi Nakagawa. Featuring a Ginsan stainless core, this knife serves as a reliable daily driver.
Hand-forged in Sakai, Japan by Satoshi Nakagawa
Designed for those who prefer a full stainless daily driver
Satoshi Nakagawa is a highly skilled blacksmith based in Sakai, Japan. He apprenticed under renowned master Kenichi Shiraki before establishing his own workshop, where he continues to craft high-performance knives with meticulous attention to detail. Nakagawa is known for his expertise in heat treatment and forging techniques, creating blades that balance durability, sharpness, and refined aesthetics.
Knife comes with a protective lacquer coating. Remove with acetone before use. Touch up the edge if needed.
This knife will not be restocked. Future Nakagawa custom orders will feature different specifications.
