A Mizuhonyaki Kiritsuke Gyuto, forged by Yoshikazu Ikeda in Sakai using Shirogami #1 steel, with precision sharpening by Nori Igarashi. The 240mm k-tip blade features a full mirror finish with a wave hamon. It is paired with an octagonal ebony handle with a buffalo horn ferrule and comes with a magnolia saya and traditional packaging.
