The Yoshihiro migaki AS gyuto 185mm is a Japanese chef's knife made in Tosa, Japan. This knife features an Aogami Super carbon steel core with stainless cladding in sanmai construction and a migaki (polished) finish. Aogami Super offers edge retention comparable to Aogami #2 with added wear resistance from tungsten and chromium. The blade measures 185mm with 42.9mm height and weighs 119g. The octagonal walnut handle offers a secure grip during use. Includes a magnolia saya for storage and protection.
