The Teruyasu Fujiwara Shirogami #1 chuka bocho is a Japanese-made Chinese-style chef knife designed for versatile food preparation. Crafted in Tokyo, it features White#1 steel that provides exceptional sharpness with the practicality of stainless cladding for easier maintenance.  Its weight helps power through ingredients, while its broad blade also serves as a convenient tool for scooping food.
