The Hatsukokoro Aosagi kurouchi aogami#2 gyuto is a handcrafted Japanese chef's knife from Sakai. It's part of Hatsukokoro's new Aosagi series. The blade features a core of aogami#2 steel with a kurouchi finish. This hefty knife boasts a workhorse grind and a nail-flexing thin edge. Its weight and balance give it an authoritative feel in the hand.
