Yoshikane Hamono, a renowned Japanese knife-making company in Sanjo City, Niigata, was founded in 1919. With over a century of history, it is now led by fourth-generation master craftsman Kazuomi Yamamoto. This family-operated business has consistently maintained its traditional hand-forging and grinding techniques.
