The Yoshikane V2 Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese single-bevel sashimi knife forged in Sanjo, Niigata. This nimai-construction blade uses Takefu V2 carbon steel (equivalent to Shirogami #2) with a hammered kurouchi finish. Designed for precise raw fish preparation, it features a right-handed D-shaped ho wood handle with a buffalo horn ferrule.
