The Yoshihide Masuda aogami #1 damascus gyuto 210mm is a handcrafted Japanese chef's knife forged in Sanjo by blacksmith Yoshihide Masuda. Crafted with Aogami #1 carbon steel and iron damascus cladding. The damascus on the blade face has a tactile texture, essentially giving it a tsuchime-like finish.
