Specifications

Shuji Toyama’s gyuto, crafted in Sanjo, Japan, features a Kurouchi finish and a sanmai construction with stainless cladding. Made with Hitachi Aogami #2 steel, it offers excellent edge retention and durability. The knife is fitted with a d-shaped magnolia handle and buffalo horn ferrule for a comfortable grip.
