The Tetsujin Ukiba ginsan nakiri 180mm is a handcrafted vegetable knife forged in Tosa by blacksmith Toru Tamura and sharpened by Naohito Myojin. It features a ginsan stainless steel core. Built for clean push cuts and chopping, the wide flat profile and midweight feel suit both prep stations and home kitchens. Fully stainless construction makes it a low-maintenance blade for vegetable prep.
