The Shigeki Tanaka kiritsuke nakiri 170mm is a handcrafted Japanese vegetable knife forged in Miki by fourth-generation blacksmith Shigeki Tanaka. This knife features an Aogami #2 carbon steel core with iron-clad damascus construction in warikomi style and a kurouchi finish. The blade measures 164mm with 49.2mm height and weighs 152g. The ktip (kiritsuke) design adds an angled tip to the nakiri profile. The iron cladding will develop a natural patina over time with use.
