The Nakagawa Damascus Aogami #1 Petty Knife 150mm is a handcrafted Japanese knife forged by Sakai-based blacksmith Satoshi Nakagawa. At its core is Aogami #1 steel, renowned for its superior edge retention and sharpness. The blade boasts a striking Damascus finish, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and highlighting meticulous craftsmanship. Sharpened by Naohito Myojin, this knife ensures excellent cutting performance.

Designed as a "mini-gyuto," the petty knife is versatile and ideal for detailed kitchen tasks such as peeling, slicing, and mincing smaller fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Its compact size offers exceptional maneuverability and control, making it the perfect complement to larger chef's knives.
