A 240mm yo-gyuto from Masamoto Sohonten's VG series. It is a monosteel blade made of Masamoto's 'Hyper molybdenum vanadium' stainless steel. It's the perfect workhorse if you're looking for a stainless steel blade that has a good balance of toughness and edge retention. It features a full tang construction with Duracon handle scales, a durable thermoplastic resin that is anti-bacterial.
A gyuto, or the Japanese chef's knife, is designed for versatile cutting tasks. Its purpose is to excel at slicing, dicing, and chopping various ingredients with precision and ease.
