Specifications

Forged in Tosa, Japan by Kyohei Shindo, this 240mm gyuto features a carbon steel Aogami#2 core clad in soft iron with a kurouchi finish. The blade features an excellent distal taper — thick at the handle, thinning progressively toward the tip. The octagonal mono oak wood handle keeps things simple and functional.
