The Kisuke x Zahocho gyuto 233mm is a handcrafted Japanese chef's knife forged in Saitama by Kisuke Manaka. This is the first gyuto from the Kisuke x Zahocho collaboration. This knife features an Aogami #2 carbon steel core with stainless cladding in honwarikomi construction and a polished tsuchime finish. The blade measures 233mm with 54.7mm height and weighs 232g. This heavy mid-weight gyuto offers heft and authoritative feel.
