A damascus usuba knife forged by Hideo Kitaoka. This traditional vegetable knife has a core steel of shirogami#2 which is known to take a very fine edge. It is the perfect steel for this type of knife. The blade features an alluring damascus finish and is paired with an octagonal handle crafted from luxurious Macassary ebony wood, adding a touch of sophistication and natural elegance.
