The Hatsukokoro Kumokage kurouchi damascus aogami#2 gyuto 210mm is a handcrafted Japanese chef's knife forged in Tosa by Muneishi Hamono. This carbon steel gyuto features an Aogami #2 core in sanmai construction with iron-clad damascus and a kurouchi finish. The blade measures 211mm with 49.1mm height. This Japanese gyuto handles general kitchen tasks from slicing to chopping.
