The Goh Umanosuke Yoshihiro honkasumi garasuki 180mm is a handcrafted Japanese poultry knife made in Sakai. This single-bevel knife features monosteel Shirogami #2 carbon steel construction with a honkasumi finish. The blade measures 187mm with 51.9mm height and weighs 237g. This garasuki is designed for breaking down whole chickens and other poultry, with a thick spine and pointed tip for working around joints and bones. The carbon steel will develop a natural patina over time with use. Includes a magnolia saya for storage and protection.
