Specifications

If you have ever struggled with removing fish bones cleanly and efficiently, the Asahi Fish Bone Tweezer III offers a practical and reliable solution. Designed for both home cooks and professionals, this tool provides the control and precision needed to debone fish without damaging the delicate flesh. Its thoughtful construction makes the process smoother, safer, and far more consistent than using standard kitchen tweezers.

The tweezer is crafted entirely from stainless steel, giving it excellent durability and resistance to rust. The smooth surface is easy to clean, making it suitable for frequent use in busy kitchens. The ergonomic shape provides a secure, non-slip grip, allowing you to maintain steady control even when working with wet hands or slippery ingredients. This stability helps prevent fumbling and ensures that each bone can be removed with confidence.

One of the standout features of the Asahi Fish Bone Tweezer III is its curved tip. This design allows the tool to glide naturally along the contours of the fish, making it easier to locate and extract bones without tearing the meat. The curvature also improves visibility and leverage, reducing the effort required for each pull.

A spring mechanism between the handles enhances comfort during extended use. By reducing hand strain, it supports repetitive tasks such as preparing multiple fillets in a row. Whether you are working in a professional kitchen or preparing fish at home, this tweezer offers a dependable combination of precision, comfort, and durability.

FAQ

Why is the blade length different from the displayed size? The size in the product title is a nominal reference used by knife makers. The actual blade can be slightly longer or shorter due to handcrafting and traditional sizing. Each product page lists the exact measured length.

When will out-of-stock items be restocked? We carry limited, rotating stock. Once something sells out, we don't necessarily reorder it right away. It could be months before that item comes back, if at all. We bring in new knives regularly, but they're not always the same ones. Our newsletter is the best way to stay updated on new arrivals.

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. No cash on delivery.
