RETURNS

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are ineligible for return or refund or exchange.

    REFUNDS

    • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
    • If your refund is delayed, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. For unresolved issues, contact us at info@zahocho.com.

      EXCHANGES (if applicable)

      • We replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Please email us at info@zahocho.com for exchange procedures.
