GCash/BPI: Direct Email Ordering

We primarily accept a variety of quick and secure payment options for your convenience, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

However, for our customers in the Philippines who prefer to pay using GCash or BPI online, we also offer a direct email ordering option. To place your order, please email your order details to info@zahocho.com with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Shipping address (including zip code)
  • Contact number
  • Product name(s) and quantity
  • Preferred payment method (GCash or BPI online)

We will process your order and respond within 24 hours with a confirmation and payment instructions. Once payment is received, we will ship your order and provide a tracking number.

 ※ Shipping Information:
We use JapanPost EMS for shipping. Once in the Philippines, PHLPost will handle and deliver your EMS package. Door-to-door delivery.


Estimated delivery times:
• Metro Manila: 3-5 days
• Rest of Luzon: 5-7 days
• Visayas/Mindanao: 10-15 days

Note: Please keep in mind that these are average estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, and local post office efficiency.

The PHLPost delivery person will send you a text message when your package is out for delivery and about the ₱112 PTCC fee.

※ Fees:
You'll pay ₱112 for the PTCC (Presentation to Customs Charge) fee upon delivery. PHLPost collects this fee. It's not included in your order total. No other fees apply.
